Biography

For more than twenty years, Byron H. Done has been an attorney licensed by the State of California. He is also admitted to the bar of several federal district and appellate courts throughout the United States.  Mr. Done is also authorized to practice before the Internal Revenue Service.

Mr. Done earned the degree of Juris Doctor with honors at University of California Hastings College of the Law, San Francisco, California, in 1996.  Upon graduation he was elected to the Thurston Society and the Order of the Coif.  While in law school, Mr. Done was published in the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review.  (Health Care Reform, 18 Hastings Int’l & Comp. L. Rev. 745 (1995)).  He also served internships with the Office of the Attorney General for the State of California and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

Mr. Done’s practice currently focuses on estate planning, trust administration, probate, and taxation.
